About The Service
51010 3G Video Portal will be available to all BSNL user who have 3G connections and compatible handsets.   Subscriber has to make a video call to 51010 short code and he will get a menuon his phone which he can operate through DTMF keys    User will be greeted on the first screen through text and audio with some instructions onhow to use the portal and informing about the Tariffs    Once the user gives his consent to consume the service, he is taken to the main menuwhere he would be seeing the video portal and will select the option through his key pad.    At any given point of time user will have a flexibility to go back to the main screen by pressing * , User can terminate the call any moment he wishes to.
Service Activation Process   To activate this service, Users need to make video call with the 51010 and enjoy the 3G Video Portal. Subscriber has to make a video call to 51010 short code and he will get a menu on his phone which he can operate through DTMF keys. User can terminate the call any moment he wishes to.   Service De-Activation Process   Service Tariff   Service Code   Service De-Activation Process   This service is not auto renewal, Hence there is no need of deactivation process. When a user make video calls with the short codes then he will get charged instantly.    Service Tariff   Video Calls through the short codes will be charged at Rs. 2 per min.
